EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We only accept exchanges or returns for products that are damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, please provide a comprehensive unboxing video that demonstrates the extent of the damage from the moment you open the package to the moment you close it.

Please note that photographs will not be accepted as proof of damage. Additionally, returns must be submitted within two days of delivery. Any returns submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

Furthermore, we do not offer exchanges or returns for products that are simply not to your liking or that you no longer need.

Please be aware that we do not provide a pickup facility for returns. Therefore, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense. We will only cover the courier charges up to a maximum of Rs.120.
