5. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

CHICLOSET may offer Partial COD on eligible orders.

• A ₹200 advance payment is required to confirm a Partial COD order.

• The advance amount will be adjusted against the total order value.

• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

• If CHICLOSET cancels or cannot fulfil the order, the advance amount will be refunded.

• Refunds for eligible orders will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

• Orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons.

• If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid will be refunded.

• Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us before dispatch.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

• Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier operations.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
